You will be the primary contact for resolving technical problems within a global network environment, while assuring the highest level of customer support and system reliability. Responsibilities: Design, Configure and support a high availability Network infrastructure supporting 24x7 environments Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems Network (LAN/WAN/Wifi) Network Security based on Cisco ISE Care of LEONI Monitoring Systems Assists with the design and selection of future platforms, addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues 3nd level support through the company internal ticketing system Documentation according to standards Develop and maintain processes and procedures consistent with IT best practices and service level agreements to ensure service availability. Sustain best practices such as configuration and release management, change control procedures, site documentation and cross training. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree of Information System Management or related At least 5-7 years of professional experience Very good knowledge of Cisco routing (EIGRP), switching and troubleshooting Very good knowledge with different WAN (VPN/MPLS) technology’s CCNP knowledge required. Certification prefferd Very good knowledge of Cisco Products from Catalyst / Nexus Series Knowledge of Cisco ASA / Wifi / ISE Excellent communication skill in English (Both Written and Verbal) The ideal candidate will be willing to travel internationally, collaborate globally with support teams, show a willingness to learn, and have a positive and flexible attitude.
