For more information, please visit www.leovegasgroup.com Job Description Drafting, review and negotiation of agreements, in particular contracts related to marketing and advertising activities; Advising on various legal matters, in particular matters related to marketing and advertising activities; Handling the legal aspects of various projects undertaken by the company; Assisting with all corporate matters such as mergers, share transfers, incorporation etc. Handling, managing or assisting with intellectual property related tasks (registration of new IP such as trademarks, enforcement of company’s intellectual property, licensing); Monitoring, conducting research and advising on legal and regulatory developments in relevant legal fields in various jurisdictions; Ad hoc compliance and legal projects/duties as may be required from time to time; Qualifications Degree in Law or equivalent professional qualification; At least 3 years of previous legal experience; An experience with an in-house Legal Department or Law Firm focusing on contractual drafting and/or gaming law will be considered an asset; Specialisation in tech, marketing, iGaming, data protection would be considered a great asset; Energetic and willing to learn within a growth oriented organisation; Able to take direction and also take full ownership of the responsibilities assigned including taking initiative to learn new processes as they arise; Confident working alone as well as with others; Uphold a high standard of work ethic, always ensuring to complete all assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner; A team player who enjoys a multicultural and multi-national environment; Responsible and trustworthy person who is able to handle sensitive and confidential information ** If your area of specialty is within Tech, Marketing, iGaming, it would be considered a great asset ** Qualification in German law is considered an asset.
