We offer two programmes to nurture career and talent progressions. These are Aspire and Inspire. Aspire is a 12-month accelerated talent development programmes aimed at future leaders. We carefully select 60 of our highest achievers across all regions, against a specific criteria, to participate in the programme to become one of our future leaders. Inspire is a 12-month development programme, which prepares participants for senior executive roles. Investment – The first GMR ensures that risks are identified and managed at all phases of operation – starting at the investment stage. Design & Planning – The Design & Planning stage provides the opportunity to eliminate and minimise risks for construction, manufacturing, fabrication, installation, end use, operation, management, maintenance and the demolition phases. Establishment – All operations must document an EH&S management plan to develop and implement for the life cycle of any operation. Delivery – 20 risk events have been identified for day-to-day activities. Preventative controls are put in place during the delivery phase, reducing potential for fatal risk outcomes.
