The Role We're looking for a commercially-savvy, hands-on marketing leader to step into a 12-month maximum term role, covering the maternity leave of our Growth and Revenue Operations Lead. This is a strategic role at the heart of our growth engine—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, systems, and sales. You’ll own and evolve our lead orchestration strategy, ensuring the right customers are prioritised at the right time to drive meaningful revenue outcomes. You’ll need to be as comfortable leading a team and influencing cross-functional stakeholders as you are rolling up your sleeves to solve complex routing challenges or refine system processes.
