What can I expect to do in this role? The Office of the Integrity Commissioner strives to encourage a culture of integrity and accountability. The Office is seeking an experienced Junior IT Analyst to provide IT user support for internal and external clients, overall IT system monitoring and support and application development/testing to ensure reliable and efficient systems operations and business continuity. What You Will Do You will act with integrity to: Provide basic-to-advanced level support to users of computer systems and related equipment by answering incoming support calls and troubleshooting issues using all resources available Be involved in the day-to-day functions of user support for internal and external clients, system support, and application development/testing Install, configure and update Windows operating systems and application software. Create new user accounts or change existing user accounts in Windows Active Directory, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and Exchange in response to OIC business needs and suspend, disable or remove user accounts for departing employees. Demonstrate sound judgment, tact, discretion, often under situations of considerable pressure Work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, collegial and collaborative work environment How do I qualify?
