We have excellent opportunities for focused and collaborative individuals to join our Drinks Factory team as a Cell Operator. These shift based roles will work a combination of days and nights on a busy factory floor environment, where our people are responsible for the production of our in-cup and single serve drinks products. You will be responsible for; Ensuring the smooth operation of the production line to achieve daily production targets Protecting product quality by following production work instructions and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are maintained Effective communication of daily production targets and resolution of problems which may impact the team’s ability to achieve targets Timely escalation of complex problems to the lead operator or team leader as required Understand Me The successful candidate will be: · Pro-active and self-motivated, driven to achieve results · Collaborative team player, able to forge strong relationships with peers · Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively You are likely to have prior experience in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment.
