About us We are a young company with truly ambitious plans. We are equally passionate about logistics and retail. We believe that logistics is the new battleground for retailers, and we plan on placing ourselves firmly in the centre of that battle. About the role This position is our first supervisor role and is required due to our rapid growth. This role will give you the opportunity to mould it, grow it and define it. The role currently has 2 direct reports but there is an expectation that this will increase as we continue our growth. We are seeking someone who will get their hands dirty and deliver amazing service in a safe and efficient manner. About you Your background may be from retail, logistics, or something unrelated. We’re looking for a superstar. Do you love to drive change, but the slow pace and risk averse nature of your company drives you mad?
