Laser Clinics Australia (LCA) is the industry leader in non-invasive aesthetic treatments, such as Laser Hair Removal, Cosmetic Injections and Skin Treatments. Our business was recently acquired by one of the world’s largest Private Equity firms (KKR) who have invested to support the next phase of LCA’s growth journey. Key growth drivers include category expansion, network growth, international expansion and new product development. LCA is a franchise-based business with a minimum 50% ownership interest in every franchise which ensures we are aligned with our franchisees and contributes to the success of our clinic network. We currently have over 130 franchised clinics around Australia and we're continuing to grow, opening our first stores in New Zealand in 2018 and The United Kingdom in 2019. The primary objective of this role is to work alongside the Head of Commercial Finance, to drive business performance and commercial analytics. Being part of a fast-paced business, the right candidate will have the ability to flex and adapt to the business requirements and be willing to work in a team environment, as part of a small commercial finance team. Role responsibilities: Analytics of past price and promotional activity that will inform in future promotions Review our current commercial analytics and reporting capabilities Identify opportunities to make it easier to measure business performance Business Partner with the Operations team, Marketing team and Product/Category team to assess business performance Primary responsibility for interrogating data sources and our approach to measuring KPI’s to confirm data integrity and ‘sense check’ calculation methodology Ability to use (or a willingness to learn how to use) a range of platforms that enhance our business reporting capabilities including Tableau, Alteryx and Excel Position Requirements: Degree Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in an analytical role in a large company or in professional services at a big 4 accounting firm, consulting firm or an investment bank Experience developing and presenting analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders Advanced Excel and data savvy Financial modelling experience Development of business cases Strong communication/interpersonal skills Lateral thinker, with a consultative approach to problem solving issues High degree of professional ethics and integrity Combine data from a range of sources to populate reports and dashboards Business partnering skills Join a high-performing Finance team & drive successful business initiatives.
