All Locations Considered Commercial & Agricultural Property Job Description Are you looking for a mixed range of commercial property work and are you solutions focused? Due to continued expansion we are now seeking driven commercial property solicitors. We will consider all levels of PQE with experience of the following areas (experience in agricultural property work would be an advantage, but not essential): Landlord and tenant cases Purchase and sale of agricultural, commercial or residential development land/properties and premises sold with vacant possession/subject to tenancies Conditional contracts, option agreements and overage Mortgage and legal charge documentation and lenders' instructions for drawdown of funds required for commercial, development and agricultural land transactions Transfer of equity and partnership commercial/agricultural property transactions Joint ventures and promotion agreements We are actively recruiting in our Oswestry, Telford, Ludlow and Hereford offices but with offices across rural Shropshire, Herefordshire and into North Wales you can enjoy a better work-life balance with open roads and countryside on your doorstep.
