About Land Transport Authority of Singapore

You will be part of a team that regulates vehicle safety which drives LTA's strategic interest in shaping the next generation transport system for Singapore. Your role includes the evaluation and approval of motor vehicles to ensure new and in-use vehicles comply with the vehicle safety, roadworthiness and construction requirements. You will be involved in engaging members of public and the motor vehicle industry on vehicle approval matters. You will also review, develop and implement new measures to enhance the systems and processes supporting the approval and inspection of motor vehicles, such as leveraging on new digital technologies to enhance and provide end-to-end digital experience for our stakeholders. Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering At least 2 years of working experience, relevant experience in performing regulatory functions will be preferred Those without working experience, have an interest or good knowledge of vehicle technology and automotive engineering are welcomed to apply Team player and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment Service-oriented, and possess good analytical, communication and writing
