Roles & Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Family Services, the candidate shall: 1. Provide case management and appropriate level of care through risk assessment, care planning and interventions to youths at risk and families. 2. Collaborate with schools and community stakeholders to implement a wholistic intervention and supportive care plan for youths and families. 3. Conduct and facilitate psycho-education group sessions according to curriculum provided to youths. 4. Provide supervision to staff and assist in strategic planning
