Location: Volketswil, CH Contract Type: Permanent - full-time Description: Role Purpose/Mission: Ensure that the most realistic global forecast is available for Travel Retail. Lead all demand planning and stock allocation tasks and steer monthly planning cycles & reporting. Collaborate with, support and challenge regional Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a good forecasting knowledge in all regions. Prepare Sell out analysis based on global data consolidation. Understand and keep track of the main external factors with an impact on past and future sell out trends. Demand Planning Responsible for forecast accuracy & processes for TR Review monthly forecasts and propose adjustments Set up and follow-up weekly dashboards to monitor KPIs Prepare annual forecasts on novelties with TR regions Align demand planning with controlling tools (NS phasing) Support S&OP in TR, implement additional KPIs and create stable processes Generate new concepts and ideas to work on better forecasting results (including Sell Out dashboards from QlickSense) Liaise between TR marketing, TR Sales teams and Global planners Allocation & stock management Lead allocations, monitor stock levels and take actions if needed Sell out data consolidation & analysis Prepare TR retail monthly reports (including product performance analysis) in collaboration with regions, marketing and controlling teams Conduct business analysis and help to prepare presentations for business reviews & budget phases Compile data and analyzse AOP performance (luxury service provided to clients) Contact to external database providers and the respective internal coordination (ie TRPR) Answer ad hoc requests (SAP info, TRDIG cockpit project) Your Profile: >5 years of work experience in demand planning. Masters one demand planning tool such as JDA, Oracle, OMP, SAP APO… Strong analytical skills, structured and process oriented thinking Strong communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with international teams and with cross functions QlickView, QlickSense, SAP, MS Office Beauty industry knowledge a plus Fluent in English.
