Greet and direct customers, responsible to serve customer Provide accurate information: product features, pricing; maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges. Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services Cross-sell products to meet sales target, performing tasks related Team work, provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Stay up-to-date with new product/services Stacking and displaying goods for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold, Clean shelves, counters and tables Opening and closing store, including daily cleaning of store Process payment through Efpos, cash register, doing daily cash report, petty cash report Responsible to banking, re-fill store supplement, (such as paper, cotton, rubbish bag) Able to finish daily duty and able to use “communication book” Able to handle customer query and able to dealing with general customer complaint and exchange, report customer complaint and unclear refund situation immediately Responsible for weekly or monthly meeting Requirements Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Accuracy math skills and cash handling Track record of achieving sales quotas Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Enthusiastic team player Flexibility to work various shifts Be passionate; strong intention to sale and passion for the beauty industry Honest and trust-able personality, Hard working and attention to details Self-motivation,confident determined and tenacious Able to meet sales target Able to work under pressure Willing for a further personal development We provide base rate + bonus (annually) to the right full time candidate.
