YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You are our new Online Marketing Manager for the USA and the UK You are responsible for steady growth of traffic & online revenue You control & optimize performance marketing channels and campaigns You implement strategies & promotional activities You analyze & optimize product performance, traffic and conversions You interact with, and convince, internal stakeholders to help you on your mission YOUR PROFILE You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Online Marketing or E-Commerce for the UK or USA Preferably, you have a graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Computer Science, or a similar field English is your native language (fluency in German is a plus) Branch experience in lifestyle or design commerce, architecture, art, luxury, home & living or a similar field is very useful You have a solid foundation in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Marketing Automation and Channel Attribution Experience in some of the following fields is also a plus: Marketing Cloud, CDP, Social Ads, Video Ads, Programmatic Advertising, Influencer Marketing You are a structured, self-motivated, data-driven, communicative and energetic personality with attention to detail and have a hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude You are passionate about the LUMAS brand and want to join and shape this exciting journey WHAT WE OFFER An innovative and international environment as the continuously expanding market leader for art editions with long-term perspectives Attractive products which excite customers, partners and us every day Talented and motivated colleagues from around the world A flat hierarchy and an open working atmosphere with a view over Berlin We look after your health: fresh fruit, delicious coffee/tea and regular Yoga classes and English/German courses HOW TO APPLY Please submit your application, including your CV, cover letter, your salary expectations and your earliest starting date.
