Job Description: - Educate potential customers about LUCID’s innovative industrial camera systems through informative phone calls and/or emails. Shares notes with internal Lucid teams to communicate customer needs, expectations, and maintain transparency. - Manage each sale from initial contact to completion, gathering customer requirements, account management, order entry and shipping. - Manage and maintain long term relationships with existing customers. Provide regular follow ups to check on customer current requirements and provide information on future products. - Provide support for sales personnel in the field who may require reports, documentation, emergency orders, and sales support tasks as required. - Manage customer accounts and sales orders to ensure information is correct and up to date. Job responsibilities include: (but not limited to) - Processing Sales Orders. - Process RMAs - Answer Customer Inquires via Phone/Email. - Liaise with Outside Sales Representative to ensure Customer's needs are met. - Ensure Customer Orders are fulfilled accurately and timely. - Customer Relationship/Follow Up. - Update/Review CRM Data to ensure accuracy. - Other Admin tasks/duties as assigned.
