Responsibilities and Duties Assist all customers and provide production support for all designs and perform tests on all installation Perform all tests on production applications and prepare recovery procedures for all applications and provide upgrade to same. Analyze all business processes and ensure compliance to all controlled processes according to business requirement. Monitor and provide support to workflows and provide expert knowledge on all workflow designs. Provide 24×7 operational support to all production practices on holidays and weekends. Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems. Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes. Greet all customers pleasantly and ensure compliance to all customer requirements. Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes. Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of relevant IT experience (Production Support, SDLC- Waterfall / Agile) preferred Experience with Java/J2EE and Spark. Experience in code debugging. Should have good understanding of scripting language like python and Linux. Also should have experience on messaging system. (Kafka, Active MQ) Exhibit a strong sense of urgency for high severity incidents. Able to assess the customer impact and provide tactical solutions Proactively monitor the production/critical environment and identify the potential incidents Good to have hands on Hadoop support experience and knowledge Must have good troubleshooting and communication skills Good experience in handling various production support roles (technical) Hands-on experience in Incident and problem management Knowledge of Mysql and/or SQL server, including the ability to write SQL queries Knowledge of application servers such as Apahe, Tomcat, and NGINX configuration and troubleshooting Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹800,000.00 to ₹1,100,000.00 /year Experience: Docker, Kubernertes: 3 years (Preferred) Linux, Hadoop: 3 years (Required) Application Support: 3 years (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required)
