What will you do as an ERP Analyst? The ERP Analyst is responsible for maintaining and developing innovative solutions that support the day-to-day business needs of all NetSuite users. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this position is expected to coordinate efforts to support, enhance and maintain Netsuite, and assist others with ensuring best practices are being followed throughout the company. The ERP Analyst will work with members from all departments to support their day-to-day and strategic uses of Netsuite by helping with support and training, implementing, maintaining and improving queries including customized searches and reports, and continuing to expand functionality through the vetting, implementation, and testing of additional modules (both Netsuite native and third party). Implements, configures and maintains all Netsuite modules and add-ons as required. Evaluates NetSuite incremental releases and provides recommendations for changes and upgrades to enhance stability in the product. Assists other team members with customized searches, reports and dashboard management as required. Produces documentation both for end-users and for internal team knowledge as required to ensure best practice uses is achieved. Researches and analyzes user needs, preferences, objectives, working methods, data usage, and provide software solutions and technical architecture changes to align with the business requirements. Controls and regularly reviews Netsuite user permissions and access levels. Manages and resolves duplicate records in Netsuite. Identifies and investigates problems with the use of Netsuite where processes and tools are misaligned and designs a business process/solution for problem resolution. Implements and maintains KPI’s that cover all aspects of LMI’s business. Proactively contributes to and implements continuous improvement initiatives. What you need to be successful Post-secondary Technical or Business diploma or degree. Minimum 3 years experience in high-tech operations. Experience with MRP/ERP systems and Excel. Experience with Netsuite OneWorld in a similar role is considered an asset. Excellent understanding of operations, accounting, and business practices on which to support MRP/ERP functionality. Experience working in a manufacturing environment; good working knowledge of system transactions flows. Knowledge of SQL. Highly organized. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
