RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for overall company recruitment matters. Develop and execute recruiting strategy to maintain an effective pool of candidates To prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board / newspapers / flyers / colleges / career fair etc Source and sort candidates according to specifications and time-frames established through social media, databases & etc. Conduct preliminary phone screening with prospective candidates and short list the candidates Arrange for the Harrison Assessment (HA) report Understand the recruitment needs and work closely with HR Manager on recruitment activities. Conduct interviews, screen potential candidates, carry out job matching between candidates and requirements. Negotiate salaries and manage joining and deployments of hired candidates. Follow-up and finalize employment arrangements Developing, with line managers, HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels. Partially involve in foreign workers matter. General: Responsible for daily human resource administration, which includes coordinating recruitment and resignation procedures, employee welfare and industrial relation. From time to time generate ideas and programs on specific HR aspects and propose to the management. To check and to arrange settlement of invoices from suppliers or companies HR deals with. To be committed to and co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations. REQUIREMENTS: Diploma / Degree holder in any field. Possess 1 year and above of experience in recruitment field. Conversable in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills Self starter, fast learner, independent and prepared to work under pressure Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 to RM3,500.00 /month Benefits: Performance bonus Learning and professional development opportunities Meal allowance
