Responsible to oversee the workflow in our call center of 35 working stations in Ronse, in collaboration with one other supervisor. o Assists in recruitment and onboarding of new interviewers o Ensures that all interviewers are adequately trained in call center operations, procedures and projects. o Run interviews from time to time, to understand what the team can meet as issues and find proper solution. o Ensure productivity and quality is meet and address any production concern. o Submit daily progress reports on projects and communicate challenges as they occur. o Help the interviewers to achieve their personal targets providing appropriate coaching to maintain high quality work environment and keep the team motivated to achieve their goal. o Will be a major actor to set our Agricultural pool of interviewers in Belgium with a strong collaboration with our call center based in France- this will require travel in France for training (Mouchamps) · Skills: o Good language skills: Dutch, French and English. o Good knowledge of MS Office. o Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Driving licence · Abilities: o Feel comfortable working within a multi-cultural environment. o Open to travel to France in order to be trained o Able to work varying shifts (from 8 am to 8pm from Monday to Friday) o Well organised, able to prioritise and to deal with multiple tasks. o You have good interpersonal skill and you are a team player. o You are a problem solver, you like challenge and have the flexibility to change until an acceptable solution is reached. o You maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Salary: €2,100.00 to €2,300.00 /month
