MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC HR & Admin Intern Main responsibilities: - Organize and maintain the administration function of the office. - Weekly prepare maintenance office report. - Prepare on-boarding plan for new employees. - Engage activity in social channel and events to promote company brand. Human Resource InternMain responsibilities: - Support activities of recruitment and on-boarding process. - Promote social channel to attract qualified candidates and branding company. - Maintain strictly and confidentiality candidates & employee database. - Prepare timely and confidentially paperwork such as intern, official labour contracts. - Planning staff activities for bonding and engaging positive working environment. Accounting InternMain responsibilities: - Record transactions for all occurred invoices, receipts, bank transactions. - Prepare aging reports of customers/vendors weekly. - Update and maintain Inventory and Assets Data of company. - Prepare timely paperwork such as sales contracts, liquidation, invoices.
