Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead a team of Logistics Personnel to ensure effective and efficient function of the Warehouse operations Manage and plan daily inbound & outbound shipments in the Singapore Plant Plan and ensure on time processing & delivery of customer’s orders to meet on time delivery Ability to effectively communicate with internal parties including Planning, SQE and Production floor teams on daily shipments / production issues Monitor and own the time delivery metrics and reporting to management on Monthly KPI Explore potential areas for continuous improvement, recommend changes wherever possible Ability to create new, update or change existing work process documentation and standard operating procedure for Logistics activities Responsible for daily management of store and ensure systematic storage, issuing and receiving of parts Regular review with China operations to support their requirement to pick, repack and delivery to their customers within the region. Manage and ensure all orders are fulfilment timely and accurately with zero error Conduct / perform cycle and physical count and resolved discrepancies (moderate complication) where necessary. Seek supervisor/senior help for more complicated cases Ensure cleanliness / 6S and Safety in the warehouse area Conduct new hire orientation and train them on related SOP Assist supervisor to manage inventory, storage space to maximum storage Manpower planning within the function and deployment of resources to support other functions Assist to compile data for QBR/Management presentations Kitting Planning Activities to support China Customers Requirements Performs any other duties as assigned Requirements Diploma / Bachelor Degree specializing in Logistic / Supply Chain Management More than 5 years’ experience in Logistics and Warehousing at a supervisory/team lead position, preferably in a distribution/manufacturing environment Ability to multi task and a good team player with positive attitude Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and other office applications Knowledge of Mandarin is essential to support China Operations Knowledge of Oracle ERP System is an added advantage Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills Responsible, positive, able to lead a team effectively, and be a team player with other functions.
