HEALTH & SAFETY / HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER - (14 to 20 Month Contract) With 140 successful years in the industry, KRUG is well-recognized as a leader in the design & manufacture of high quality business and healthcare furniture. We have an immediate need for a full-time Human Resources professional to join our team in Kitchener at our Casegoods Division. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for Health & Safety and provide HR support for approximately 200 employees with an emphasis on Health & Safety, WSIB and disability claims management, employee relations, attendance management as well as recruitment Requirements: Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources or related discipline is required. 3 - 5 years’ experience in a health & safety/business partner role within a manufacturing environment. CHRP or CHRL designation is an asset. JHSC Certification is an asset. Proven track record in Health & Safety, WSIB & Disability claims management, employee relations, investigations and recruitment. Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities. HRIS implementation experience is an asset. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
