The Manager (Accounts and Finance) will be responsible for all accounting, finance and compliance functions related to it, of Krishna Consultants. Job Responsibilities Overseeing the complete process of invoicing to customer. Overseeing the complete process of debtors recovery and MIS related to it. Overseeing the entire process of commission payment to Channel Partners. Overseeing and responsible for finalization of accounts, generating MIS reports, monitoring and getting dues paid and statutory compliances related to Professional Tax, ESIC, PF, GST, TDS, Equalization levy, Income Tax and ROC. Overseeing the vendor payment process. Performing the role of checker for day to day operations. Candidate with 15+ years of industry experience in Accounting and Financial Operations in Service Industry. Knowledge in all areas of accounting and finance i.e. accounting, taxation, auditing, budgeting & forecasting, reporting etc. Highly motivated individual with a positive, can-do approach to problem-solving. Must possess good leadership, management and analytical skills. Should be adept in establishing interpersonal relations independently. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Should have prior experience of leading a team in accounts and finance Must have secured 60% and above in SSC, HSC & Bachelors Should be good at working knowledge of Microsoft Office
