Order Management & Returns 1. Liaise with 3PL on the daily stock replenishment and order fulfillment 2. Liaise with Customer Service team on stock and orders matters 4. Daily monitoring and tracking of order fulfillment within SLA 3. Check stock and raise transfer requests and order requests 4. Managing RMA and RTS shipments 5. Tracking on Express Orders & Standard Orders performance 6. Arrange ad-hoc or service recovery delivery 7. Support team members in shipment and vendor PO processing Requirements Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/eCommerce Familiar with Order Management System and EPR 2 years of relevant working experience Good working attitude and willing to learn Meticulous and organized Enjoy working in teams Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,500.00 to $2,800.00 /month Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (13th month salary) Learning and professional development opportunities
