Job Description Primary Responsibilities Manage monthly compliance training for all departments (Quality, HR, Safety, Maintenance, etc) Assists in the development and/or maintain the training system to track training by employee, job classification and type of training. Conducts LMS ‘Ownerversity’ training uploads, event, and session creations. Manages the creation of new training materials in LMS ‘Ownerversity’ as needed to meet plant training objectives. Files all monthly compliance training documents for active and temporary employees per Q-RMP guidelines. Maintains training binders/booklets for all operations departments (packaging, processing, etc.) with the appropriate step-up cards and training guides. Maintains accuracy and integrity of training systems and programs. Coordinates/guides all new and existing employees through training process and training documentation. Maintains roster for all active hourly employees in the plant (LAN IDs, Workday IDs, Names, Phone Numbers). Maintains roster for inactive employees. Coordinates plant events as assigned. Manages the weekend labor process including announcements for labor, postings, etc. Provide various administrative support duties for Plant Manager and HR Manager as assigned. Manages the New Hire Orientation training process per Q-RMP guidelines for generic training. Responsible for holiday and shut down email communication to all employees. Assists employees with GBS issues and concerns. Maintains process for re-integrating form on leave employees back into the plant-wide training program. Updates the monthly calendars and TV communications. Manages the HPC Jacksonville Phone list. Assists with the mass uniform ordering and distribution. Works through management and supervisory team to ensure training process is followed and accurately documented. Develops and maintains certification, recertification and audit process of training reports. Develops and facilitates individual and group training when the need is identified. Develops and maintains trainers throughout the plant. Develops and maintains the process by which ideas that are generated through Change Management and ensure Work Instructions are updated and retraining is rolled-out in an effective and timely manner. Develops and writes DPS’s, SOP’s, and other work instructions as needed. Maintains accuracy and integrity of all work instructions within Document Control system. Participates on the Q-RMP Team. Supports plant Quality, high performance culture and continuous improvement programs through active participation in QRMP and plant productivity programs. Complies and actively participates in all safety, environmental, policies, procedures and programs. Complies with all Q-RMP program requirements including HACCP and GMPs. Adheres to the Q-RMP site rules. Adheres to all Q-RMP ways of working, processes and procedures associated with your role. Performs all tasks as assigned by supervisor.
