2020-01-21 Responsibilities Being the site-in-charge & to supervise a team of management staff to deliver quality service for residential building Responsible for the overall management and operation of the site Build up and maintain a good relationship with occupants Requirements Degree / Diploma holder in real estate, building management or related discipline Qualified Surveyor (GP) or holder of Diploma in Hosing Management / MCIH or equivalent Minimum 7 years relevant experience with at least 2-3 years at supervisory / managerial level in residential properties Proven experience in managing luxurious residential properties and / or takeover of new development is an advantage Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Good command of oral and written English and Chinese.
