Koufu was founded in 2002 by Mr Pang Lim, Managing Director. Within a short span of 10 years, Koufu has expanded its business profile from neighbourhood coffee shops to establishing large scale modern food courts in residential areas and commercial shopping malls. Koufu has been enhancing its effort to preserve the unique Singaporean coffee shop culture amidst the challenges and rapid changes in our local food and beverage industry. We have managed to transform our organisation through a three-pronged strategy in ensuring the "quality", "service" and "environment" factors are covered. Through these effective strategies we have managed to create breakthroughs by integrating modern foodcourt/coffeeshop management style with contemporary designs. Job Description We are hiring Brand & Marketing Executive. Execution of Koufu's marketing communication initiatives that are aligned with Brand positioning and philosophy Plan and execute marketing programs/events while liaising with internal and external parties Manage production of posters, flyers and other collaterals Attending to customers' enquiries, feedback and complaints through phone calls, emails and social media platforms Investigating and solving customers' problems by working with operations team for complaints Analyse and report on complaints; initiating corrective actions Provide administrative support to the team Other ad-hoc duties as and when required Job Requirements At least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline Min 2 years' marketing experience in F&B industry Experience with MS Office including MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint, etc Results and customer-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-moving enviroment Effective written and communication skills in both English and Chinese (In order to execute marketing programs/events in Mandarin while liaising with Chinese speaking internal and external parties) Ability to work independently as well as a team player Must be self-motivated and proactive Able to start work immediately an advantage
