The Role Reporting to the Head of Operations, we are seeking an experienced senior Commercial Property Manager, to join the Operations team based in our Auckland office, with a travel requirement across our national network of sites. The role will see you managing Kordia's strategic portfolio including considerations such as Kordia ownership, lease tenure and partners. Key duties include: Developing strategic relationships with land owners, councils, property and deployment groups and other relevant stake holders and service providers (including lawyers and property agents) to ensure efficient property outcomes. Negotiate leases, rent reviews, lease renewals and other variations to the terms and conditions of leases and licences. Ensure budgetary accountabilities, both operational and capital expenditure are achieved. Work closely with the Maintenance Manager on the maintenance and testing programmes for all our Property. Routinely inspect all properties. Administer Kordia’s property portfolio so that sites are maintained, secure, and meet Kordia’s objectives and operational requirements. To be successful in the role, you will need: Preferred tertiary qualification, ideally a bachelor's degree with emphasis in property or related subject Solid experience in a Site Acquisition/Property management role Great relationship management skills, great commercial acumen, proven facilities management experience and a collaborative working style Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of lease agreements and understanding of project management principles Understanding of relevant property related legislation to ensure property statutory compliance Strong planning, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy is a must Ability to prioritise and operate proactively Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams Great communication and ability to deliver an exceptional Kordia Experience Why join us At Kordia, we believe every team member has a role to play in the overall success of the business.
