Qualifications: · Graduate of any business course preferably Accountancy · With at least 1 year of experience in accounting function · Knowledgeable in SAP B1 · Preferably residing at San Pedro, Muntinlupa and Paranaque · Must be willing to relocate Responsibilities: · Countering of Suppliers Invoices · Matching of supplier’s countered invoices against submitted GRPO with supplier’s DR and our SAP PO. Check if quantity delivered is valid and price is similar to our SAP PO. Closing all GRPO at the end of each month cut off period. · Generate A/P invoice in SAP GRPO module and have it approve by the accounting manager. · After the approval of CV by Accounting Manager, forward to treasurer for check signing and monitor the return of CV with sign check. · Encoding of BIR relief and MAP system monthly · Filing of CV Job Type: Full-time
