OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Overall responsible for guidance, installations and liaising between the Business Solutions department (sales) and the customer on all IT related systems and other products. Assisting with the maintaining the Company's Information Technology networks, servers and security systems and general Information Technological assistance. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Grade 12 and a relevant Information Technology qualification is compulsory. A minimum of 3 (three) years’ experience in Information Technology field or a related field is compulsory. A minimum of 1 (one) years’ experience in CCTV’s, access control, time and attendance, PABX, VOIP systems and general telephone systems An electronics background and an overall IT understanding would be an advantage due to the pace of technology and the integration of digital multi-function devices to PC systems. Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Excellent communication skills, both orally and written. Knowledge of the operation and application of a wide variety of computer software.
