Location: St Andrews, Scotland Opportunity Multi-site estate, including listed buildings Multiple Projects An exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Facilities professional Assisting the Facilities Manager in the day to day operation of the department, this is a busy and varied role which will ensure you see no 2 day’s the same! Our facilities department is working on a number of proactive projects whilst working in an environment that can throw up new priorities a number of times a day – an exciting and rewarding environment for sure! In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for implementing preventative maintenance programs, supervising projects, carrying out audits and safety inspections as required, and compiling and executing allocated maintenance capital white papers and final ACT submissions, and that’s just a start! The role is busy and varied and will provide an opportunity to develop and gain wide ranging skills, knowledge and experience. Skills/Requirements Previous experience in facilities management in a multi-site environment Previous managerial experience essential HNC/HND in a construction / facilities / property field Proven mechanical / electrical ability strongly desired Building fabric experience strongly desired Why Work at Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa?
