The Network & Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for installing, configuring, administering and documenting all network, telecom and server components within the Kohl & Frisch (K&F) environment. This position requires intermediate/senior knowledge of Network/Voice Design and Analysis, Server-Level Architectures, and a good understanding of IT Security. This individual will be leading projects related to network, server, and telecom, and will be providing hands-on technical guidance ensuring availability of all systems for the business. Possesses a good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, Print Servers, etc. Provides Tier 2 IT Help Desk support, including diagnosing issues and determining corrective action applying sound and vetted resolutions and recommendations College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science/IT 3–5 years of equivalent work experience Certifications in Cisco are preferred, CCIE would be an asset Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of network protocols and standards such as Ethernet, LAN, WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, T1, 802.11x, QoS, etc. Strong knowledge of network management and monitoring tools, such as Solar Winds Working knowledge of network hardware, particularly Cisco Catalyst switches, iOS Routers and Cisco PIX/ASA, FortiGate Firewalls, etc. Experience with IBM AS400 would be a definite asset Strong leadership skills an asset Reference ID: Network & Infrastructure Analyst_V4 Job Type: Full-time Experience: Network and Infrustructure support: 3 years (Required) Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Licence: CISCO (Preferred)
