Roles & Responsibilities Technical Competencies & Tools: - Should have experience on Kenan FX - BP11 and later versions Should have experience on Usage (Rating Engine), Billing (BIP, BIF Customer Data correction, Reporting … etc.), Payment modules and Journals Should have exposure on Kenan API-TS (Both order and conventional API) Should have exposure on Kenan system architecture (DB Model, Order structure & Middle ware) Should be able to Develop, Design & Understand C/C++, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, Perl, Shell scripting Prior Experience: Experience in handling Kenan Billing system Solution designing/development/upgrade/migration for telecom billing system and resolving the technical issues reported. Experience in understanding the client requirements & business model. Has exposure in consulting and exposure towards performing impact analysis and providing solution with proper understanding of the impacted systems and its components, develop the solution and support functional testing, SIT, UAT and production release Roles & Responsibilities: (Client Interface, Impact analysis, solution design and Integration development) Job Requirements 1. Analyze and understand Kenan billing system and related executions & integration flows. 2. Provide Technical Assistance to team members. 3. Must have ability to debug issues and find the root cause. 4. Ensure performance, reliability of the solution development. 5. Able to meet project deadlines, understand and escalate risks 6. Assign and liaise with offshore delivery team as per project planned for execution & completion 7. Liaise with the onshore/offshore team in order to understand the requirement, thereby bridging gaps if any and alerting on possible risks proactively 8. Participate user’s clarification sessions on Kenan Billing systems related 9. Must be a good team player. Willing to share knowledge and eager to learn new things. 10. Good communication skills. 11.Report and escalate any issues that need management attention Education & Experience Required 1. Holding a Technical university Degree or Bachelor Degree or Master Degree. 2. At least 8 years of experience in Development, Upgrade and/or Migration. 3. At least 3 years of experience in Solution designing and Team management.
