About the internship/job: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Preparing teaser/IM (for land/CF) – as per the format provided 2. Handling the cash flow/business plan preparation (for land/cf) - as per the format provided 3. Feeding data into Excel - as per the format provided 4. Following up with the respective (client’s) accounts team for the data collection 5. Working on data management/ data filing (Hard copies) – as per the instructions 6. Coordinating with the external appointed due diligence team for smooth data sharing - as per the instructions given by the reporting head 7. Maintaining a tracker for all transactions and keeping it updated every day 8. Working on lead generation through telecalling 9.
