We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join the Kmart Planning team as a Merchandise Planning Assistant. Working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment you will be required to be an active link between the Merchandise Planner and the inventory team to maximise sales growth and stock efficiency as well as manage both structured and ad-hoc reporting, to unlock opportunities for future growth. This roles will primarily be responsible for reporting and providing analysis throughout the planning cycle, to both optimise trade as well as support the build of the future strategic plans. To succeed in this role you will need a sound knowledge of MS Office, great communication and excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Thorough follow-up skills, coupled with exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, will see you meet the challenges of this role.
