Position: Customer Service Representative/Service Advisor Location: Langley Kirmac Collision & Autoglass is looking for a motivated and talented Customer Service Representative/Service Advisor to join its team. Kirmac has been family owned and has operated as a successful leader in the collision repair industry. With rapid industry growth, Kirmac is seeking energetic individuals to be the first impression of our company. Customer Service Representative Duties: Greeting and assisting customers Interacting with vendors Generating repair orders Providing repair updates to customers via phone, text and/or email Managing invoicing and parts returns Reconciling repair orders Estimating repairs Maintaining a clean and organized work area and professional image Compensation and Benefits: Competitive wages based on experience Quarterly bonus based on production and sales Extended Health & Dental after three months RRSP Options Monthly shop lunches Company social events Supporting BC Children's hospital through Kirmac Cares for Kids The Successful Candidate: Passion for cars Strong communication skills Team player with a positive attitude Enjoys interacting with others Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software Automotive industry experience is an asset Job Type: Full-time
