Kinnerton Confectionery have a fantastic opportunity for you to become a full time Customer Service Administrator. Kinnerton Confectionery is an award winning and leading confectionery brand looking for driven and hardworking team players to join our supply chain team in Fakenham, NR21 8AF. Salary for Customer Service Administrator: Up to £23,000 per annum depending on experience. Your role as Customer Service Administrator is: * Ensuring products are available for customer delivery * Daily service reporting * Checking orders * Weekly customer calls * Reporting weekly service levels * Inputting orders * Reporting surplus stocks and chasing customer orders The role requires good IT literacy and experience in customer facing customer service. This role is office based with daily interaction via phone/VC with customer. The post holder is the primary contact for the customer therefore experience in managing customer expectations and building good working relationships is key. Experience in working within Food Manufacturing customer service is desirable but not essential. Working hours: 8.30 - 17.00pm Monday - Friday.
