Junior event coordinator internship opportunity with the possibility to become a permanent team member. The ideal candidate should be a flexible individual, able to organise shows for a wide range of industries. Must be comfortable pulling strings from behind the scenes and expected to work face-to-face with clients and attendees. Managing complex shows which includes everything from choosing venues and arranging floor plans to coordinating with vendors and overseeing staff, which requires wearing a lot of hats. In addition to being highly organised and extremely personable, you should be a master multitasker with talents for negotiation, marketing and budgeting.
