Retail Financial Analyst Mission The Retail Financial Analyst is responsible for the reporting and analysis of data related to the retail activity, with the aim of detecting deviations and proposing concrete actions that can influence the improvement of results. It is a strategic position that supports all the company's decision-making functions. STRATEGIC PLANNING Ensure the accuracy of the data, compliance with deadlines, processes and controls, in accordance with the company's policies. Constantly check that the KPIS (LFL progression, conversion ratio, average ticket, etc.) are in line with the objectives set by the company, analyse the data, report posible deviations, and make recommendations that will have a positive impact on the KPIS. Preparation of ad hoc reports and statistics on a weekly, monthly basis for decision making by management. Collect data from stores. Work closely with operations and marketing team to develop excellent knowledge of the operating environment, and support them in preparing P&L projection for promotions and comercial operations. FINANCE ACTIVITIES Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Analyse and control the deviations from Budget continuous control of store costs and other profitability indicators Translate the vision of the future into a numerical format, proposing possible scenarios, to facilitate strategic decision-making. Prepare feasibility studies for new business opportunities. Assist with Finance-related tasks as requested (accounting, reporting, reconciliations, external audits, etc.). PROCEDURES & POLICIES EXECUTION Data audit to detect possible incidents and fraud in the network of stores Guarantee that stores are compliant with all KIKO standards as well as store procedures and the promotional calendar Guarantee a constant monitoring regarding the retail execution in stores and immediately address any gap in compliance with Corporate policies or local lawsPrepare and update policies and procedures as required. Guarantee that the store’s intranet is updated with the latest version of procedures and policies COMMERCIAL ASSISTANCE Work with urgency to resolve store operational issues Contribute to identify, adapt and overhaul Country/Global best practice to improve efficiencies Plan and manage store inventories CANDIDATE PROFILE University degree (Bachelor/Master), preferably in Business Administration or Finance. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a role presenting financial analysis and recommendations to a business unit leader. Previous Retail experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Excellent Excel skills.
