*PREVIOUS APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY* HEAD OF EXTRA CARE We are looking for a professional, ambitious & confident Head of Extra Care to provide overall leadership and management of our care and support services that we provide in Extra Care schemes in Derby and Stoke-on-Trent. As a Senior Management Team member, you will have a leading position within the management team, working closely with other Department Managers, and the Directors. You will provide leadership, management, support and guidance to the individual scheme Registered Managers, and ensure all schemes meet CQC and Local Authority compliance requirements. You will pro-actively drive the business forward through building strong relationships with customers, social services, commissioning teams and stakeholders to ensure we deliver an exceptional standard of care. You will support the schemes to achieve excellent performance, and will facilitate opportunities for growth and development You will have limited responsibility for the financial performance of the schemes. Skills Proven people management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, build and develop strong teams, acting as a positive role model at all times. Experience of working in partnership with external organisations in achieving shared goals An in-depth understanding of CQC and Local Authority compliance requirements. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, at all levels A minimum of QCF 5 in Health and Social Care Management Full UK driving licence and access to own car, as travel will be necessary between Derby and Stoke-on-Trent.
