The purpose of the role is to provide effective monthly regional management reporting and help support the APAC leadership team to surface the right facts, drive necessary decisions and partner stakeholders to facilitate the needed outcomes. The role will involve working closely with finance counterparts in global, regional and country teams. Key responsibilities include Business analysis & Partnering by supporting the regional FP&A director to partner with regional and global commercial leaders on the regional growth and profitability improvement initiatives. In addition, to provide analysis and commentary of the region’s performance and plans. Support decision making and action planning. Ideally, you will have a Degree in Accounting/ Finance. Minimum 5+ years total Finance experience including minimum 2+FP&A working in commercial company, CA/ ACCA qualified, and have strong stakeholder communication with all levels. HFM reporting tool experience and strong excel skills will be necessary.
