Kaleido Developments was created with the vision of developing unique communities within the GTA; specializing in low rise townhomes and commercial plazas. Through partnerships and careful scrutiny, Kaleido has partnered and completed many projects in areas such as Brampton, Schomberg, Toronto, and North York. Since 2014, under the umbrella company Kaleido Corporation, our development company now owns multiple residential projects across the GTA. Position: Real Estate Marketing Specialist Kaleido is looking for an individual who is a motivated self-starter, an outgoing and magnetic personality, to promote our current and upcoming development projects. The successful candidate will be the main liaison between Kaleido Developments and prospective real estate brokerages and agents. You will be contacting brokerages and agents to arrange meetings to introduce and promote Kaleido’s current and upcoming projects. The role will include all Tarion vendor requirements and manage the warranty program. Successful candidates will have the following attributes: Organized, Relationship Builder, striving to generate new business The self-driven, independent, smart decision-maker, with a high degree of self-motivation Should practice high legal and ethical standards Engaging Personality, great attitude, with quality listening skills Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and to perform well in a high volume, high-intensity environment Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to respond in a clear, concise and professional manner Ability to build on existing long-term relationships with clients Ability to build new long-term relationships with prospective clients Ability to travel within the GTA on a daily basis Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry Completion of the Tarion Vendor courses curriculum. An existing relationship with real estate brokerages and agents Proficient in Microsoft Office Understanding of video and photo editing software Has knowledge and understanding of Social Media Comfortable with technology, ability to troubleshoot and adjust on the fly Valid driver’s license and access to transportation Kaleido Corporation is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from all qualified candidates.
