Kaizo Team We don’t have a tech department! In Kaizo we have self-organising cross-functional product teams in which the primary focus is building a fantastic product. We get to explore a combination of big data streams, machine learning and gamification. Furthermore, we work closely with the customer and real impact on the day-to-day business. There is still so much we want to do with our product that there is a lot of room for your own ideas and creativity. We have the freedom to organise our work in the way we want. We encourage exploring modern development practices such as pair programming. You have to be self-motivated and driven to come up with creative solutions to complex problems. There are many opportunities to grow at Kaizo, not only because we are still a small start-up, here you learn on the job, the challenges which arise and the freedom and autonomy you are given will ensure you're always learning and growing. We have a very diverse team with 17 nationalities. We love to out challenge each other in our weekly Thursday night kahoot quiz and borrel and between us all, we enjoy bouldering, great food, metal music, playing in a band and astrophysics..
