Summary of Job Responsibility: Ideal candidate leads the technology projects under supervision of the CTO of KAIZEN AMS and has below qualities: Completed 3+ projects with Angular and optionally with Firebase As a developer or As a project manager At least 3 years of computer programming experience. Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and patterns. Strong understanding of cloud architecture. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with technical and business users. Work closely with the development and operations staff. Collaborate with business partners and vendors. Work with the Development Leads on technical projects. Understands all phases of the company software development life cycle. Performs code and design reviews. Mentors senior and junior team members. Increasing their awareness of Code quality. Increasing their awareness of Performance. Increasing their awareness of Algorithm development. Increasing their awareness of Deployment methodologies/operations. Provides technical leadership across all software and operations groups. Runs risk and performance analysis techniques across diverse projects. Helps define and promote development standards across teams. Perform other duties as required and assigned by upper management.
