Kaeppel Consulting is looking for a Contract to Hire Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with Insurance Services experience for a client in New York, NY. You will support the analysis, planning, design, implementation and evaluation of key projects to help the client achieve their goals. Using Six Sigma methodology and analytics, you will accomplish measurable business process improvements. Contract on W2 for 60.00/HR (No Negotiation on Salary) Specific job duties may include but are not limited to: Instructing cross-functional teams in adapting to and understanding improvement processes Facilitating Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), and overseeing process improvement projects Interpreting customer needs and requirements Translating concepts into practice Identifying process improvement opportunities, and Quantifying results and trends Make recommendations, and develop and present formal presentations to senior management. Share best practices methods and ideas, as well as coach and mentor others, particularly Six Sigma Green Belts.Required Skills, Experience: Bachelors’ degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience 7+ years process improvement and/or relevant business experience Demonstrated leadership experience Advanced knowledge and demonstrated use of Lean, Six Sigma, data analysis, and industry tools (Voice of Customer analysis, SIPOC, process mapping, process requirements, solution development, and implementation) Advanced knowledge and demonstrated use of statistics Business acumen in strategy, innovation, and marketing Competencies: Business Acumen, Collaboration (Team Building), Communication, Demonstrate Adaptability (Agility), Drive for Results and Innovation. Bachelors degree in related field Black Belt Certification Required Preferred Skills: Insurance Services Black Belt process improvement experience ***No sponsorship or remote location is available at this time.
