Job duties include: We operate an Indian restaurant, and we require you to be knowledgeable and experienced in this type of ethnic cuisine and : Direct and coordinate the activities of food service workers in the kitchen area Supervise and organize with chefs the preparation of ethnic Indian fine cuisine, both a la carte and in buffet. Assist in food material supplies and inventory management, make sure adequate food supplies are always available Weekly schedule workers jobs, make sure appropriate staff is available at all times Ensure daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance of food preparation areas and equipment Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Ensure standards of food safety, sanitation is adhered and maintain work areas clean Supervise and train kitchen helpers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $14.25 /hour Location: Saskatoon, SK (Preferred) Licence: FoodSafe (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred)
