Roles & Responsibilities Our client, leading brokerage firm is looking to hire a full-time Accountant to do financial accounts, intercompany reconciliation, cost analysis, and allocation and accounting, invoicing matter, Oracle/ Hyperion system is a must. Responsibilities: In charge of Month end close for Financial Accounts, including mapping of SUN GL Trade source systems to Oracle GL Intercompany reconciliation and accounting, covering liaison with Sg Ops, UK Ops, UK Finance on return brokerage for co broke trades. Reconciliation of revenue and trades receivables between trade source system and GL Ensure all invoices for trades are sent out to customers at month end Attend to customer queries on invoices and trades matter, work with Ops and AR collectors to resolve customers’ queries and dispute Perform bank reconciliation and general accounting Liaise with external auditors on audit queries Responsible for accurate and timely closing of accounts and financial reconciliation, including cost allocation to various divisions Identifies and develops ways to control costs and improve efficiency. Prepare and conduct monthly cost analysis of project and trend reports budgetary forecasting and ensuring effective internal controls. Requirements: Experience in Trade Operational flow as well as Financial Accounting. Experience with Oracle preferred. Good written and Oral communication skills.
