Responsible for day to day factory operation & handling of precast projects. Identify and resolve issues/conflicts among production teams. To ensure the sub-contractors performance & quality are in line with the Company standard & requirement. To lead & ensure all works standard are in compliance with the Company Quality Standard. Works closely with clients representative & consultants for effective resolution of production matters. To ensure the production are according to the predetermined schedule & make revision if need arises. Ensure timely preparation of multiple production reports on monthly basis. Requirements: Possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin At least 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing / Construction field. Knowledge in Precast Industry is an advantage. Strong analytical ability & problem solving aptitude. Outstanding organizational & leadership skills. Excellent communication skills Lowest Qualification: Bachelor Degree
