Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for a full spectrum of HR functions for our manufacturing operations in Vietnam. Formulate, review and improve on the Human Resource policies and practices. Oversee employee relations issues, assess situations, advice business units in the managing of employee relations and other HR-related matters. Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Understand and comply with relevant rules and regulations on employment and labour related matters in the country of operations. Manage and attend to Social Compliance Audit by external parties. Facilitate onboard of new hires, yearly appraisals, goals & objectives and training development. Work with HODs in managing performance improvement. Liaise with HQ on corporate initiatives and reporting purposes. Job Requirements: - Degree in Business Management (major in Human Resource) At least 5-6 years of HR experience in a managerial capacity with regional exposure. Hands-on person with strategic skills to engage discussion. Knowledge of Vietnamese will be advantageous. Prior experience working in Vietnam preferred. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $0.00 to $1.00 /month Experience: Manufacturing Management: 5 years (Preferred) Hr Policies & Procedures: 10 years (Preferred)
