Roles & Responsibilities Reporting to the Senior Group Controller based in Singapore, this position will be accountable for the following: Responsibilities: Oversees the Operations Financial Planning & Analysis and compliance activities Business Partner to Singapore & Global Operations (GOPS) division Manage multiple Product Families and GOPS Key contact point for Division Finance to enable them to comprehend operation results Support operation’s future directions with relevant data analysis via Strategic Planning involvement Manage the Operational Resource alignment process Provide financial leadership in new product transitions and ROI analysis Perform analysis of Headcount, COGS , Operational Metrics, Gross Margin and inventory to Management Identify opportunities in operational related areas for further alignment and improvement, including Inventory optimization review Reduce inventory exposure [considering balancing of time fence] Resource & COGS optimization Facilitates financial & operational process improvements and standardization opportunities Ensure compliance with Internal Control & SOX requirement Requirements: Degree in Accountancy with > 15 years relevant experience Team player and ability to lead a team Demonstrate strong leadership Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to proactively deal with senior management Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced multi-dimensional environment Manufacturing finance experience in US MNC SAP knowledge
